With national operations, Cenp was created in 1998 by entities representing Advertising Agencies, Advertisers and Media, to ensure and disseminate best commercial practices and defend the Brazilian Advertising Model.

   Representing the three segments of the advertising communication market, Cenp’s Supporting Entities are responsible for contributing to the frank development of advertising in Brazil.

Mission

Cenp, as a business ethics entity, is dedicated to promoting free and fair competition, helping to understand and encouraging compliance with legal and self-regulation standards, pillars of the Brazilian advertising business model. Historically based on the best practices, it promotes an ethical, safe, transparent, sustainable and high quality standard, through the respectful and participative interaction of economic agents in its bodies, considered permanent forums for updating the Standard Norms of the advertising activity and solution of ethical conflicts.

To be recognized as an information and reference center on the best commercial relationship practices and a permanent forum for governance and for solving ethical conflicts for advertisers, agencies and vehicles based on the Standard Norms of the advertising activity, always respecting the law.

Audited Accounts

Cenp keeps its accounts regularly audited by independent auditors. They are monitored by the members of the Supervisory Board who approve them annually and are submitted to the General Meeting, under the terms of its Bylaws.
